Your mission: To create memorable experiences for colleagues by responding to workplace injuries promptly and effectively. At Crown Perth memorable experiences are created when we work together. As a Health & Wellbeing Advisor you will ensure that Crown Perth responds to workplace injuries promptly and effectively, so that the injured or ill workers can remain at work or return to work at the earliest appropriate time. Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, you will manage the worker’s compensation portfolio through reporting, effective claims management and training. Essential Criteria:
Extensive hands on injury management experience
Knowledge and understanding of WA’s workers compensation system and legislation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time management and organisational skills
Ability to deal with conflict situations and difficult customers
Must be available to work 3 days a week on a Part Time basis
