Job description

About us

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work in a fast paced Private Office; a friendly, supportive and professional team within Civil Service HR Employee Policy (CSEP).

CSEP has established itself as a credible, expert and high quality service, with a strong track record of delivery. We operate a fast paced, project-based way of working within a successful continuous learning and sharing environment.

Building a Brilliant Civil Service requires HR policies and practices that equip managers, business leaders and individual Civil Servants across all departments to deliver exceptional policies and services. HR leaders place their trust in CSEP to provide expert HR advice and guidance. You will make a direct contribution to ‘a Brilliant Civil Service’.

CSEP offers highly-motivated people an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering change and influence how HR policy is developed and implemented across Government. The products we produce, and the expert service we provide, can affect all Civil Service employees.

Our values of professionalism, accountability, transparency and honesty are important to our success. At the heart of the way we work is strong team working, continuously learning and improving, communicating effectively and recognising individual contributions. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to develop and enhance core skills and expert business knowledge.
