Staffco direct are working with a leading distribution client in Castleford.

We are currently looking for a part time Class 1 Shunter to join the busy team.

This work is 1 or 2 shifts per week. Shift will mainly be Sunday or Friday. General shift start time is between 15:00 – 18:00.

You will be responsible for moving trailers to the correct bays, moving vehicles around the yard and other general duties.

PLEASE NOTE SHUNTING IS WITH AN ARTIC UNIT NOT A TUG.

We are looking for a self motivated person with a positive attitude. You must be able to prioritise your work load and have a strong work ethic.

You need to have the following:

Valid Class 1 licence

Valid CPC

Valid Digital tachograph

Driving experience, shunting is an advantage but not a must.

PAYE & LTD Welcome

£11.94 per hour Monday – Friday

£13.46 per hour Sunday
