You and Your Role
Your new role as a Team Leader within our ever growing contact centre family, will take you on an amazing journey. You’ll have experience working with and leading a team of people who are proud to deliver excellent customer service. You may not have worked in insurance before, but don’t worry, we’ll invest in you from day one and give you the training and ongoing support you’ll need to get to know us, our business and the amazing products we offer to our customers. And just so you know, the support isn’t limited to your induction team and the homebased team you’ll be part of, you’ll be part of the Howserv family which includes everyone whether they’re in one our office locations or working from home.
It’s true that our customers are at the heart of what we do, but so are our team members. Supporting your direct team, giving them the coaching and guidance they need to continue to grow and develop will be your key priority. To fit right in, you’ll need to be someone who is constantly striving to improve the service you or your team offer and along with this be motivated to exceed the goals set for you, along with the ones you set for yourself.
You’ll have experience working in a customer focused environment as a Team Leader. Being fab at the detail along with your great listening skills will enable you spot those opportunities to help your team members grow. You may even have held a Leadership role working in a remote environment before but whether you’ve worked for a contact centre remotely or from the office or another business, such as retail, hospitality or leisure, if leading people is your thing, this role could be your next career move.
You’ll need a quiet space to work in, a comfortable desk and chair and a good broadband connection. We’ll provide the technology to support you.
Working from home has been a new way of working for us at Howserv but it has been really successful and we’re looking forward to welcoming you as a key member of our home working team.

This role comes with a salary of £23,000 - £28,000 plus a bonus package. We love developing our people and we’ll also help you to reach for the stars with some fantastic opportunities to advance your career, the end destination? well that’s up to you.
