Be Caring Manchester is for enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our community home care services, providing care and support to people so that they remain independent and live happy, fulfilled lives. You will provide person-centred care, which promotes independence through enabling approaches and connecting people to local groups and services. These vacancies are to support our customers living within the Wythenshawe area of Manchester.
Agreed working shift patterns, earning £9,672 per year if working 20hrs per week & £7,738 per year if working 16hrs per week (£9.30p/hr) - Mileage paid at 40p per mile
Full enhanced DBS check will be carried out by Be Caring. Available at least one evening per week until 10pm; able to work alternate weekends or one weekend day every week
Experience is not essential as full training and support will be provided if you're new to care.

We provide full training and support for everyone who joins Be Caring, which includes comprehensive induction training on; community and individual wellbeing, fluids and nutrition, medication, moving and handling, basic life support and first aid, infection prevention and control, professional boundaries, safeguarding, health and safety, equality and diversity.

If you are successful in appointment of this position, you will be supported by your local Quality and Co-ordination team and our in-house Trainer, to ensure you have tools and resources needed to do fulfil your role and to ‘Be the Best you can be’.
You will be supported to complete; induction training (paid) classroom trainer led and online e-learning at home, Care Certificate (completed over a 12-week period), Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (fully funded after six-month probation period) and additional level 2 and 3 accredited qualifications and certificates relevant to the role.
