CLIC Sargent is the UK’s leading cancer charity for children and young people, and their families, and provides them with clinical, practical, emotional and financial support. Position: House Manager 
Location: Glasgow, Marions House 
Job type: Part Time, Permanent 
Hours: 25 hours per week 
Salary: £24,559.00 (£17,542.14 Pro rata)

About the role: 

We are recruiting a part time house manager for CLIC Sargent's Home from Home in Glasgow. Marion's House provides free, self-catering accommodation for up to 11 families when children & young people need to travel to access specialist cancer treatment. Working with a team of housekeepers and supported by a deputy manager, you will be responsible for ensuring families feel welcome and have a safe, comfortable stay. 

We expect that you will have experience managing staff and of working in a social care, family support or accommodation type service.

- Have excellent communication skills. 
- Can build good quality relationships with a range of key people. 
- Can demonstrate great organisational ability. 
- Are flexible and adaptable when faced with competing demands. 
- Are motivated to provide a high quality service.
