Housekeeping Manager – Lincoln City Centre - 48 Hours - 155 Bedrooms

As the Housekeeping Manager you will play a key part in the management team, reporting directly to the Hotel Manager and working closely with all other departments. You’ll lead from the front ensuring the successful daily running of the site.
Your role will be responsible for driving your team’s performance through hands on leadership, inspiring, coaching and positive energy. You’ll work closely with the management to recruit, train, develop and performance manage the housekeeping team. On a day today basis you’ll be implementing effective housekeeping labour controls and linen costs while ensuring all brand standards are met at all times.
