The Salvation Army Housing Association (saha) is an organisation that provides a range of housing and varied support services to vulnerable people. Our aim is to support people in achieving their full potential. We are currently going through a large period of growth and have a vacancy for Housing Officer.

Position: Housing Officer
Location: North East – including Darlington, Manchester, Leeds & Bolton
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £24,276 per annum

About the Role:

To take a holistic approach to housing tenancy management and through provision of good customer service to manage a portfolio of housing schemes and their residents to ensure properties are maintained, arrears controlled and void turnaround is within acceptable limits.

Sufficient flexibility is needed to accommodate any other broadly duties that may be allocated from time to time or in response to internal / external changes.

Must have access to own vehicle
