About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our vibrant, busy HR Service Centre team. If you are a driven, passionate HR Administrator with a keen eye for detail, focused on providing a people orientated, customer and values led service in a fast paced environment, this may be the job for you!

This is an exciting time to join our award winning team and this is a very diverse role where no two days are the same. You will have responsibility for the administration of the full colleague life cycle including; recruitment, on-boarding, induction, probation, secondments, job changes, off-boarding and everything in between. You will ensure that the business is compliant with all legal requirements, administering the right to work, visa, DBS and other security requirements and give first line advice and guidance to colleagues and managers.

This role is exciting and broad and will give you a thorough exposure to all areas of HR administration and the opportunity to work with a dedicated, passionate and forward thinking team who strive for greatness and pride themselves on creating a culture of continuous improvement and providing the best possible service to their customers.

About you:

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail. You will ideally worked in a HR administration role previously or be an experienced administrator with relevant knowledge about employment regulations and processes. You will be energetic, enthusiastic and self disciplined with a pro active, positive attitude. The ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders to build and solidify our employer brand and team reputation is essential.

Your organisation and HR administration skills will be second to none; you will be proficient in the full range of Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel and will have used HR systems ideally ITrent. Fantastic attention to detail, a right first time approach and the ability to manage your own time are a must. This is very fast paced role and you will need to be resilient, self motivated and reactive to the workload when demand is high.

You will ideally be studying towards a CIPD qualification; however, this is not essential.
