HR Assistant 

Uppingham School is a prestigious, and very complex organisation, employing about 600 staff, of whom around 180 are teaching staff and 420 business support staff. There are over forty different professions represented, working mostly in small departments across eighty buildings and differing hours, working practices and pay structures.

Position: HR Assistant 
Location: Uppingham, Oakham 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Salary: £18,000 per annum

- Administrative duties associated with the entire employee cycle such as recruitment, induction, new joiners, performance management, training and development and leavers 
- Contributing to the successful achievement of team plans by undertaking administration processing work efficiently and reporting on the progress until completion 
- Administering all safeguarding compliance checks, including DBS
