As our HR Operations Manager, you will lead a small team to manage the end-to-end HR and payroll processes, our people data and reporting.

HR Operations Manager Responsibilities:

Although this is a fixed term role, using your knowledge of what good looks like, you will still have the scope and support to shape the way we work to ensure we are as effective as possible, adding the greatest value to the charity.

As an experienced HR Operations Manager, you will be motivated by results and have the drive for continuous improvement. In return, we can offer the environment for you to be your best and realise your potential.

HR Operations Manager Requirements:

You will need to have HR process and system knowledge and have successfully led and developed a HR operations team. On a personal level, you will need to be inquisitive and comfortable challenging the status quo, a confident problem solver and decision maker, and a self-starter capable of hitting the ground running. Job type: Full Time or Part Time (minimum 25 hours), Fixed Term Contract 12-month Maternity Cover

Salary: circa £35,000 (pro rata for part time)
