We’re currently recruiting for an Innovation Manager to join our Food & Dairy business based at our Gatwick Head office, reporting into the Business Transformation Lead. This is a brand new role within the team and really is one of our most exciting opportunities across our marketing function. This role will see you support a number of strategic dairy transformation projects for the UK&I Market whilst working closely with EMENA stakeholders to create a world class NPD pipeline. It will focus on projects outside of our existing portfolio to extend our category footprint, with a specific focus on accelerating our presence within the dairy alternative category.
You’ll support the creation and execution of the innovation strategy and assist key projects for the UK&I Dairy business. Turning insight into products and services that consumers love. You’ll do this by
- Working in collaboration with our R&D, Commercial and Factory teams to develop compelling NPD propositions based on consumer led insight that fit within white spaces identified. Turning ideas into reality that our consumers will love!
- Being a voice for the UK&I market across multi-market project groups, that ensures we deliver the very best NPD pipeline that supports our ambitious growth plans.
- Facilitating a partnership with the Central Swiss and EMNA teams to identify opportunities to ‘lift and shift’ innovation at scale that leverages best practices.
- Commercialising concepts to support customers and Nestlé growth ambitions.
- Supporting to build capability across our commercial team to launch innovation successfully and at pace.
Ultimately, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating our upstream innovation strategy and proof of concept, working with a wide range of cross-functional project teams.
We are looking for an experienced innovation marketing professional with a great academic background. Essentially, you’ll have proven marketing experience ideally within a top ten FMCG companies and have an innovation bias. You’ll have already demonstrated your ability to support innovation projects successfully and have played a key role in innovation launches previously. Having solid project management and analytical skills coupled with your highly organised approach is essential as is the need to be comfortable working with ambiguity.
