We have an exciting new opportunity for an Insights Analyst based within our HR Insights Teams, based at our Support Centre in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, however we do offer flexible working. Reporting into the Head of Insights & Engagement This is a pivotal role and is designed to develop HR Insight capability through advising on the HR Business Intelligence project as well as delivery of analytical / insight services in relation to core HR data.

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • Analyse current HR Insight deliverables and recommend process improvement by way of automation or using a reporting tool
  • Support and be an active member of the HR Business Intelligence project team by assisting with the build of reports, views and analysis
  • Consult with the wider Business to gather information that will assist with key deliverables /requirements within the project
  • Check accuracy and reconcile any reports produced from the reporting tool
  • Assist with UAT testing ensuring the development in analytical technology meets the requirements of the HR Insight function
  • Be a key contact for the Insights Reporting Team and deliver updates to the team when required (e.g. Team Meetings)
  • Support the management and coordination of HR data reports
  • Deliver HR data reports to deadline and expectation
  • Effective management of ad-hoc requests and new insight queries
  • Delivery of reports and insight to deadline and to a high levels of accuracy
  • Safeguarding and implementing Whitbread’s data protection policies in relation to HR data
  • Undertaking strategic HR insight analysis to support the Head of Insight & Engagement transition HR Insight function into Centre of Expertise for HR Insight

  • Strong analysis experience using Microsoft Excel

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
