I am currently recruiting for our client who has a Contact Centre in Newport.

The position is to work in the Home Insurance claims department taking all inbound calls from existing customers who are making claims on their current policy. Your role will involve talking to customers and paying attention to detail and completing after call work.

This is a temporary to permanent position

Working Hours
Monday to Friday 09:00am - 5:00pm 
1 in 3 Saturdays ( half day only )

Ideal candidate:
-Excellent communication skills
-Good knowledge of IT 
-Positive and approachable manner
-Team player
-Previous customer service experience 
-Clear credit history & Clear criminal record
