Internal Communications Manager

About the role: You’ll collaborate with the HR team to create an inspiring and engaging internal communications strategy to

  • ensure our people are aware of the employee experience AEG Europe offers;

You’ll manage our attraction and social campaigns; creating social media stories and content to support recruitment activity so we are an employer of choice for diverse talent from all walks of life.

Working with our HR team to provide regular, open and transparent communications, you’ll develop campaigns to drive engagement with employee benefits, recognition and reward, wellbeing activities, system and process improvements. 

About you:

You’ll have relevant and significant experience of working in an internal communications role within HR/people function and a proven ability in the core disciplines of communications: writing, campaign planning and digital media.

With experience in creating content and posting it on Social Media; you’ll have persuasive communication skills; with exceptional writing and editing skills and the ability to craft inspiring and refreshing content.

We’re looking for someone who can communicate effectively at all levels to meet the needs of the audience, and to earn the trust and confidence of your colleagues at AEG.

With strong organisation, planning and project management skills, you’ll have experience of working with Office 365 and experience of utilising the tools to drive better collaboration.

A self-starter with the ability to manage own workload and priorities and use initiative, you’ll be able to thrive in fast paced environment and to distil information often at speed and to tight deadlines.
