Ideally the successful candidate will have experience within the Recruitment industry
Must have excellent communication skills and be highly organised
To source, interview and recruit trade staff directly for this company
All aspects of administration and inductions
Must be able to get along with customers and team members
Have a desire to learn and progress
To help other members of the team progress by passing on experience and teaching
Must have a full UK driving licence
Insurance industry knowledge are advantageous but not necessary
Strong IT skills essential
