Senior Chef de Partie, who is looking to step up to a Junior Sous Chef, is required for a Country House Hotel ideally situated in the beautiful Littlehampton area. The Hotel boasts a fine dining restaurant, covering weddings and functions throughout the year. The Hotel Restaurant offers a selection of dishes using fresh local produce, delivered to a high standard. This company offers fantastic facilities and excellent career opportunities to progress.
Live-in accommodation is available if required.
The successful Junior Sous Chef must be a team player who can communicate and work with people at all levels. You must also have a proven track record of cooking quality food and be motivated to push this hotel to the next level. The successful candidate will also need to be confident, self motivated, driven, and be able to hit the ground running.
