Learning and Development Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Organisation and Development team as Senior Organisation and Employee Development Consultant. In this varied and fast paced role, you play a key part in influencing leadership, management and talent programmes to ensure our people can realise their potential.

Learning and Development Consultant Responsibilities:

In this role you will develop leadership and management capability to meet the current and future state requirements of the organisation, and support talent development throughout the organisation. You will work in partnership with the business representatives, HR colleagues and external stakeholders to help develop the organisation and its culture, facilitate change, build skills and leadership capability and develop personal effectiveness.

Learning and Development Consultant Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have experience in an Organisation Development/Learning and Development position including the design and delivery of leadership, management or talent programmes. Your track record of building relationships with key stakeholders with enable you to deliver business outcomes and embed leadership and management development initiatives.

You will have the ability to develop and deliver bespoke leadership development and team building to senior leaders. You will be experienced in promoting and supporting continuous professional development activity. By being able to work on your own initiative, you can complete tasks to agreed objectives and timescales. You lead by example, role modelling leadership and coaching skills.
