The Role

To develop, manage and deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies for all existing and new products and ensure key objectives and targets are achieved on time and within budget. Provide the key day to day Marketing contact for all internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop Integrated Marketing Strategies to achieve key business objectives
• Oversight of all on-going multi-channel campaigns and tactical marketing activity including Advertising, PPC, SEO, Email, SMS, DM and PR to achieve all KPI’s within Budget and on time
• Own and author content within all social media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and others
• Create campaigns and promotions that will effectively grow our social media networks and community engagement whilst delivering actionable ROI
• Marketing lead of key projects such as web development and product delivery
• Develop the customer database including segmentation and contact strategy
• Provide main Marketing point of contact for all internal and external Key Stakeholders, including building excellent relations with specified Units Operational teams
• Monitoring of competitor activity and wider market presence
• Budget management, reporting and reforecasting
• Create and deliver strategic business recommendations and present for internal approval up to Director/Board level

The Person

Suitable applicants will be educated to degree-level or similar, ideally within a marketing, advertising, media or business-related discipline. Recognised professional qualifications such as CIM, IDM or equivalent are essential.
You must also be able to demonstrate 5 years’ experience in a similar, multi-channel marketing role.

You must be ambitious, thrive of a busy working environment, self-motivated, organised, have great attention to detail and a willingness to be held accountable for performance.
