Marketing Manager - Campaigns & Sector

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Campaigns & Sector Marketing Manager reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Working directly with key internal stakeholders to develop, fully integrated, multi-channel and innovative marketing campaigns that reflect public sector and public finance issues – including developing from the outset clearly defined outcomes-based campaign propositions, project plans and campaign budgets.
• Aligning campaign strategy to CIPFA’s overall business objectives
• Being the marketing lead for the Local Government and Central Government sectors, as well as for our Counter Fraud proposition - developing and managing marketing plans accordingly.
• Presenting campaigns in a coherent and logical manner on CIPFA’s website – ensuring user journeys are client-centric.

Requirements:

• You will have a passion for brand and marketing with a proven track record in the development and management of business-development focused campaigns across the whole marketing mix. Working closely with our corporate communications team taking the lead on the creation and implementation of CIPFA’s marketing-led campaigns.
• A clear and confident communicator, you will be comfortable dealing with and influencing senior stakeholders with the ability to bring people from different teams together to form effective project teams.
• The role would suit someone with a strong business development acumen but who wants to work in marketing.

Location: We are currently working from home. In normal circumstances the location is flexible, London/Chester.

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 36 per week

Salary: up to £55,000 per annum
