Media Sales Executive (Telesales)
Basic salary + uncapped commission + quarterly bonus + fantastic benefits

This is a rare opportunity to promote and sell access to our flexible working job platform, encompassing an award winning portfolio of 3 National community titles, 1 global job board and 4 social media channels reaching over 1.3Million candidates each month.

With a hugely diverse product range. As a Sales Executive you’d be responsible for:
- Generating new business and driving sales primarily via telephone
- Acquiring customers and achieving and maintaining high conversion rates
- Canvassing cold & warm business leads and existing ad hoc clients
- Building strong working relationships with both new and existing clients
- Understanding which suite of products and services is most appropriate to the clients needs
- Delivering clear and concise sales messages to build brand loyalty
- Delivering outstanding customer service and clear level of communication
- Keeping your CRM up to date and populated with your pipeline sales activity.
The Ideal Candidate:
This role is all about relationships; you’ll be a business partner as well as a marketing advisor, and a trusted provider rolled into one. You’ll need:
- Proven telesales experience (1 + year)
- The ability to build relationships quickly and ensure trust with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Tenacity and drive to excel against sales targets
- A real passion for sales and developing strong business partnerships
- Knowledge of media/digital media and demonstrable interest in the media industry
