You and Your Role
Your new role as a member of our ever growing contact centre family, will take you on an amazing journey. Full training is provided, which will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to deliver an exceptional customer experience. And don’t worry, once you’re trained you’ll have the ongoing support from one of our amazing team leaders as well as your colleagues in the team that you’ll be part of. But just so you know, the support doesn’t stop there, you will be part of the Howserv family which includes everyone whether they are in one our office locations or working from home.
You’ll be someone who is constantly striving to improve the service you offer and our customers are at the heart of what we do, so it’s really important to us that our customers are happy with their product and your outstanding service.
You’ll have experience working in a customer focused environment whether that be in a contact centre or another business such as retail, hospitality or leisure.
You’ll be brilliant when it comes to detail and have great listening skills, giving our customers the peace of mind they are looking for.
If you are successful in joining us, our selection and training process will be virtual so you will need a quiet space to work in, a comfortable desk and chair and a good broadband connection. We’ll provide the amazing on-boarding team to support you in your start with the business.

We’re not just about the 9-5. Our contact centre opening hours are 8:30 -20:00 Monday through to Friday and 8:30 - 18:00 Saturday and 10:00 - 16:00 Sunday's . Permanent and fixed term contracts are available.
This role comes with a salary of £17,000 - £19,000 plus a bonus package. We love developing our people and we’ll also help you to reach for the stars with some fantastic opportunities to advance your career, the end destination? well that’s up to you.
