Location: Harborough District
Our Client - a private investment firm based in Harborough - is seeking an experienced administrator / bookkeeper to join their small team on a part-time permanent basis. In summary, your role will consist of:
*Managing incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required,
*Dealing with email enquiries,
*Diary management / arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms,
*General office management such as ordering stationary,
*Providing administration support to Senior Management.
The Right Person
*A background in administration with basic bookkeeping,
*Effective communication skills (written, verbal good telephone manner),
*Proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision,
*Excellent planning, organisation and deadline time keeping skills,
*IT skills incl. VT, Microsoft Excel, Word Outlook skills,
*Appointment Type: Permanent
*Salary: £19,500 - £23,500 FTE (subject to experience)
*Hours: 5-Part Days (circa 4-5 hours per day)
*Holiday 20 Days + Bank Holidays
