GBK are the burger pioneers, we are the innovators of the Gourmet Burger.  We know how to have fun but also deliver an amazing experience for our customers, a rare opportunity has come up to join our admin team in Head office and we would like some one to come and start their journey with us. 

Are you hard working, organised and a personable individual  - then this could be the role for you.  The role will be working as an Office Assistant that includes general reception duties reporting into our Office Manager.

The responsibilities include:
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Sorting and distributing the post
  • Sorting weekly post out to restaurants
  • Assisting the office manager dealing with the market force ( complaints log)
  • Info box management and answering customer enquires
  • Processing complaints
  • Meeting and greeting visitors making tea/coffee/
  • Arranging charitable donations
  • Issues vouchers out to restaurants/ customers etc
  • Birthday’s for the office/ organize cake and cards
  • Assisting the office manager on any ad hoc projects
