Reporting to the Regional Director, we are looking for a decision maker, someone to manage the full P&L and M&E, for one of the UK's largest Mechanical and Electrical Contractors.
You will be responsible for the complete P&L account including, monthly budget forecasting, business development, estimating and taking full control of our 8-10-million-pound business.
You will have good organisational and planning skills to develop operations and sustaining set business objectives. You will manage a large, diverse team, to include:
We are looking for someone confident with excellent soft skills, and an ability to problem solve building both existing and new relationships.
We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of running a business within M&E Contracting.
A history of planning, managing work programmes and the ability to quote, design, identify and deliver a profitable business
Commercially aware with a sound knowledge of financial planning and experienced in managing commercial and contractual risk.
You will have vast experience within Mechanical or Electrical practices and will have a thorough understanding of technical drawings and design.
You'll need excellent decision making and management skills and considerable experience in achieving excellent business performance through a team.
