Our Client are a professional services organisations who have recently grown and looking to expand their finance team with an experienced Accounts Assistant on a part time basis.
As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for however not limited to; processing invoices on the Purchase Ledger, assist with purchase order system, invoice receipt, matching with PO where applicable and posting and uploading onto accounts system, posting bank payments, reconciling balances with supplier statements, processing invoices on the sales ledger, monthly invoicing, posting bank receipts, reconciling and maintaining balances, dealing with queries, bank reconciliations and other adhoc accountancy duties as required by Management.
The successful candidate will;
Have experience working within a similar role
Have excellent attention to detail, whilst looking after multiple responsibilities, being able to prioritise own workload
Be a self-starter, capable of working from home
Be organised, flexible, reliable, trustworthy and proactive
Have the ability to work with all levels of staffJob Offer
Salary is up to £19,000 full time equivalent + great opportunity for someone wanting to work from home + company group pension + holidays of 25 days p.a. pro-rata plus bank holidays
