They are looking for someone to work 25 hours a week and there is flexibility on what that working pattern will be.
Initially you will be working from home but will be required to go to the office once restrictions are lifted.
Reporting to the Financial Controller duties will include:
Creating any required inter-account bank transfers
Prepare and maintain prepayment and fixed assets / depreciation schedules
Reconcile multi-currency cash books
Prepare VAT Returns
Prepare Intrastat and EC sales list
Assist Financial Controller with any balance sheet queries relating to postings
Assist in month end close process and associated reporting
Matching and processing invoices and staff expenses
Process credit card statements
Prepare payment runs
Reconciling supplier statements
Liaise with suppliers to resolve disputesSuitable candidates will have experience gained from a similar role.
