Initially, on an ongoing temporary basis you will be working from my clients offices, Monday to Friday 8.30 – 13.30 (25 hours per week) by supporting the team and ensuring a smooth running of the office.
If you are someone who has client and customer satisfaction at the heart of what they do, then this is a perfect role for you! As an integral part of the team, your day to day experience will be dealing with suppliers over the phone and email, supporting marketing projects/ administration, along with entering accurate data into the company’s CRM system , validating documents, and resolving any queries with clients and suppliers.
Your accurate administration in Word, Outlook and Excel will be one of your strengths and you will have an engaging and confident manner, with fantastic written and spoken communication skills .
