Home Instead is the world's leading provider of non-medical companionship based care in the community and has over 160+ offices nationwide. The Welwyn & Hatfield office is now looking to recruit additional people to join our fabulous team of CAREGivers who look after our elderly clients in their own homes within their community.
We are looking to recruit CAREGivers to enable us to grow and face the challenges that 2021 will no doubt bring. We are facing those challenges with confidence because we know that our CAREGivers are highly trained, exceptionally skilled, and really do pour their heart and soul into the caring of our elderly clients.
We look after people who reside in these locations : Borehamwood, Brookmans Park, Hatfield, Potters Bar, Welham Green, Welwyn and Welwyn Garden City and are looking to recruit part-time staff who can travel within these area's.
It is essential that you have your own 'car', this is because we work in the community and travel between people's homes, and are not just going to one destination daily - This is non-negotiable.
By working together we can make 2021 an exceptionally good year for our clients and for our CAREGivers. After all, can you think of a better way than to start the forthcoming year with a new job? working with people who really recognize your worth, and who look forward to seeing you each day.
We do require all of our CAREGivers to have their own transport and this is because we visit our clients in their own homes within the community and travel daily between different locations - making a car ESSENTIAL.
We will be delighted to send to you a full Job Description on request but you must be prepared to undertake personal care, meaning helping our elderly clients wash and dress, continence care and undertake light housework as well as companionship services. We also ferry clients to appointments making a car essential for the role.
For a full Job Description please call me Patricia Eagling on 01707-240650 or email me at: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have been considering a CAREGiver role for a while but not too sure what you would have to do then I will be delighted to answer all your questions so give me a call or email your interest and give me a preferred time to speak.
We look for our CAREGivers to be hard working, reliable and compassionate and who can communicate clearly as some clients have hearing loss or dementia. As previously said having your own car is essential to the role, if you can offer us these skills then we can do the rest.
We offer Award Winning Training and Continuous Professional Development to ensure that you become the best CAREGiver possible, whose knowledge and skills are second to none.
