The Welwyn & Hatfield office is now looking to recruit additional people to join our fabulous team of CAREGivers who look after our elderly client's in their own homes within their community.
We are looking to recruit CAREGivers to enable us to grow and face the challenges that 2021 will no doubt bring. We are facing those challenges with confidence because we know that our CAREGivers are highly trained, exceptionally skilled, and really do pour their heart and soul into the caring of our elderly clients.
We look after people who reside in the following locations : Borehamwood, Brookmans Park, Hatfield, Potters Bar, Welham Green, Welwyn and Welwyn Garden City and are looking to recruit part-time staff who can travel within these area's.
It is essential that you have your own 'car', this is because we work in the community and travel between people's homes, and are not just going to one destination daily - This is non-negotiable.

We look for people who are naturally caring and supportive and who understand the needs of our elderly clients and who are happy to adapt to the individual person. We offer our clients a variety of support which will include, personal care, home help and companionship services.
This means that we assist with washing, dressing, toiletry needs and may include helping to change continence pads or checking a catheter is not causing issues. Meal preparation and light housework is standard and of course companionship which could mean a good giossip or taking a client to a social event 'eventually'. Each day and each individual clients needs differ, so the job is anything but boring.
We look for specific qualities including good sense of humour, empathetic personality and an abundance of common sense, if you have these qualities we will train you in everything else.

We do INSIST that you have transport because you need a car to enable you to travel between clients homes and to be able to take the clients to ESSENTIAL appointments.
We also INSIST that you have very good verbal communication skills, our clients are elderly and some have hearing loss and Dementia and struggle to understand unless the CAREGiver speaks clearly.
