    Our customer service colleagues work in a fast-paced environment and interact with many teams across our business. They provide a key service to our customers, dealing with queries on rent, general tenancy and repairs.

    We are always looking for empathetic, strong communicators to support our customer base. We are looking for part time staff to work 25 hours per week Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 2.30pm. Please note this is an office based role.

    We are looking for candidates who are available to start in a group induction on Monday 22nd February.

    Working in brand new offices in Binley, we are always seeking resilient, customer focused individuals to join our team.

    What will help you make a difference.

    As our ideal Customer Service Advisor, you will have:

  • Ability to work a shift pattern: Mon – Fri between 9.30am and 2.30pm
  • Good standard of education
  • GCSE or equivalent. Solid literacy and numeracy skills
  • Excellent communication skills – via phone, email and webchat
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering excellent Customer Service
  • Strong administrative skills including MS Office
  • Problem solving skills
