Customer Service Officer - Fixed Term Ending October 13th 2021

About the role:
We have an awesome opportunity for a Customer Service star to join our friendly team within our Advice Centre based in our busy Upper Hutt Branch.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from Customers. ASB offers innovative online offerings and you will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them.
This is a part time position working 16 hours a week
Monday 8.15am - 2.15pm
Wednesday 9.30am - 2.30pm
Thursday 9.30am - 2.30pm
We are looking for people who can build relationships, learn fast and respond quickly, and are passionate about providing memorable Customer experiences. Your ability to educate Customers on our digital and self-service channels will be both rewarding and satisfying. Confidence in learning our offerings and asking the right questions will ensure you are tailoring personalised solutions for Customers.
