Access Services ,Acute Services - Ayr

We are looking for an enthusiastic proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills to join our Health Records Service supervisory team. The postholder will be responsible for operational service delivery within designated sections and supervision of teams within the department.
You will be at the forefront of implementing service improvement workstreams to improve the efficiency of the Health Records Service and improve access to clinical information.
You should have ideally have a minimum of 2 years' experience within the Health Records Department and possess or be willing to work towards a qualification such as the Institute of Health Records Information Management (IHRIM) foundation and/or certificate and/or HND in Business Administration/Information Technology.
You should be a highly motivated team player who can actively engage with our workforce.
Effective listening, interpersonal and IT skills are essential.???????
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 2 pm – 10 pm
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday 8.45 am – 5 pm
Week 3: No shifts
Week 4: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8.45 am – 5 pm
Week 5: Thursday and Friday 2 pm – 10 pm
Week 6: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8.45 am – 5 pm
Week 7: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8.45 am – 5 pm
Week 8: Thursday and Friday 8.45 am – 5 pm
