  • Up to £30,032 per annum (pro-rata)

  • Flexible approach to working hours – up to 22.5 hours a week – full or part days considered

  • Based at the Council Offices, Spalding

  • Pension Scheme – employer contributes 21.8% (£6,546 per year)

  • 25 days a year (pro-rata) plus bank holidays (rising to 30 days leave after 5 years)

You will be have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience as you will be responsible for supporting one of our clients, SHDC with the following:

  • Leading on employee relations including absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance improvement;

  • Transformation and change projects;

  • Reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures;

  • Support and provide advice to managers and employees and act as an advisor for compliance on HR policies

Although a background in local government or public sector services may be helpful to the successful candidate – we need a talented, innovative and passionate individual to move us forwards - don’t be put off just because you haven’t worked within a Local Government arena before.
