HR managers also support other colleagues within the business to resolve challenging issues related to the employment and dismissal of staff. And HR managers support the company’s employees with challenges that relate to their welfare and employment with the business.
As an HR manager you will often be at the very centre of putting together a solution.“HR management is a multitasking role,” making redundancies and selection and development.
You are required to hold a driving License as you will be required to driver to another site.
CIPD qualification is required
Working 2 or 3 days a week - 9am to 5pm
