This is a brilliant opportunity for an immediately available HR professional who is looking for a part time 3 day (flexible) temporary assignment. The role will be very generalist but will involve project work around transformational change, management capability, culture change and reviewing processes and policies and implementing new ideas/ changes.

You will additionally manage the day to day generalist role; recruitment, LD, ER and HR Administration and management of the full employee life cycle.

HR experience / management or BP level

Transformational change/ culture change experience

CIPD qualified
