We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part Time Insurance Administrator to join our team here at ChesterGates Veterinary Specialists.
This is a Permanent 30 hour Part Time role commencing in March 2021.
Main Duties include:
- Processing pet insurance claims for clients
- Chasing insurance companies for payments
- Answering insurance queries both internally from colleagues and externally from clients
- Ensure insurance excesses are paid
- Ensure insurance forms are filled out correctly
At least 1 years customer service experience is essential and knowledge of pet insurance would be beneficial.
