The job role will be based across two sites less than 2 miles away in the Smethwick and Oldbury area, however you may also need to attend our head office in Walsall from time to time. You must have a car due to needed to travel between sites.
Working hours can vary so flexibility is very important.
We would be looking for someone to work two/three evenings a week. Depending on the site you are working a typical working evening can be 3pm-9pm/3pm-11pm which can also include weekends at peak periods.
At our busiest times the hours can also increase from 12pm starts up to 11pm finish. There are gaps in between shifts this can be discussed in more details at interview stage.
Job Description and Responsibilities
Check in temporary workers in a professional manner handing them over to our client for each shift
Organise staff ensuring Covid guidance and safety rules are adhered to.
Liaise with our client to ensure the quality standards are met
Complete uniform checks
Complete reports on staff attendance and compliance
Collect ID Badges and Uniform from head office You will be issued with a work phone and laptop to ensure you can complete your duties.
A full DBS check will be performed on commencing the role
