We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Practice Administrator to join the team at our Botley Road practice on a Part Time 20 hours per week fixed term contract.
This role will require you to undertake and maintain effective administration processes, protocols and procedures, ensuring you are working professionally within the team. This role will include the basis of inbound and outbound calls, debt, ad-hoc admin, database management and dealing with queries about outstanding pay. You will also be overseeing our daily seen not paid reports, and aiding our team with DWF management whilst contacting clients for payments. You will also be working as a receptionist 1:3 Saturdays, so prior admin and receptionist experience is beneficial.
This role is = 18 hours per week split into 3x 6 hour shifts + 1 in 3 Saturdays working Reception at Botley This role is a fixed term contract ending 30th June 2021, but could be extended.
