Get Fruity is an international growing healthy snacking business, which operates through several brands, established and new. It is on trend and expanding fast, both through branded concepts, as well as own label. Due to our ambitious expansion plans we now seek an experienced Permanent Part Time Sales Administrator.
You will liaise with customers and provide an end to end service from taking the order to arranging a timely delivery of the goods. You will report to the Senior Manager.
We are looking for an experienced, organised and friendly person with a can do attitude. This is a busy role so someone who can multi task and think on their feet is a must.
Duties will include:
• Act as a point of contact for customers
• Receive, process and arrange despatch of orders
• Monitor accounts and ensure we have the stock to fulfil orders
• Liaise with production for stock availability
• Arrange transportation for orders
• Raise sales invoices and send to customers
• Manage the raising of any export documentation
Hours: This is a Permanent Part Time Vacancy. You will have evenings and weekends off. However you will be required to be fully flexible Monday to Friday. This role will be for approx 16 hours per week. Times and days can be flexible for the right candidate.
Pay: £9.00 – £9.75 per hour. There is also free parking on site.
