Part-time Sales Administrator

Our client is a well-established business who are looking for a Part-time Sales Administrator to join a friendly team.

Job Description:

  • Contacting customers and suppliers via telephone and email to obtain prices
  • Managing customer enquiries and producing quotes
  • Checking stock availability and updating stock information
  • Processing orders
  • Arranging transport with third party customers for delivery of orders

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role such as sales administration, customer service administration is essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous experience arranging transport would be highly preferred
  • Must be detail focused with strong MS Excel experience
  • Warm and personable nature
  • Strong team player

Hours: 3 full days Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Salary: £9.00 per hour
