Their latest venture is an existing office block in Leeds City centre they are converting into luxury apartments. The role involves being on site to manage and co-ordinate all the various contractors, such as electricians, plumbers, builders, decorators etc..
You will also be required to spend half a day in their Leeds based office to input, file and organise any relevant paperwork accumulated each week.
My client is not looking for a qualified trades person, This role would either suit an excellent and organised administrator from the construction industry who is happy to be based on site. Alternatively it may suit a person with construction and property knowledge or experience who has a couple of days per week spare and can add value.
You must be methodical, a good organiser and a friendly individual who can command respect and be able to make decisions on your own initiative.
This is a 1 year contract with an immediate start (the client is willing to wait for the right person). It only requires an individual approx 2.5 days per week, this is flexible. The role is paying £18,000 - £22,000 pro-rata depending on experience
