The desire to help improve the lives of others and a willingness to learn are the main ingredients for making a great Support Worker. We don’t ask for specific experience as we will provide all the training and support you need to carry out the role of Support Worker in a person-centred way. The needs of this service mean that a full driving licence is essential , if you can tick these boxes then we want to hear from you.
