This is a fantastic role that will give you the opportunity to work across 3 supported living homes in the area, maximising the number of amazing people we support that you get to meet. As a Support Worker you will have the opportunity to help ensure that the people we support with various needs including learning disabilities and autism get the assistance they need.
A Support Worker’s qualities
We are looking for someone who is determined to make a difference and passionately believes in supporting individuals with a range of disabilities. Here at United Response we need you to be receptive to the needs of the people we support and demonstrate high levels of patience and empathy. If you can couple these qualities with the ability to learn, you will make a great Support Worker. Previous experience of working with learning disabilities or autism would be beneficial but is not compulsory.
