What we are looking for
As a leading disability charity we are currently supporting a lady to live the life she chooses, in order for that to happen we need Support Workers who have a passion for helping others. We are looking for someone who is going to help us champion the rights of people with disabilities to have access to the community without facing unnecessary barriers. To be a great Support Worker you should combine a caring and friendly nature with enthusiasm and a get up and go attitude. We want someone who is going to compliment the upbeat and outgoing personality of the person we support.
Previous experience of working within social care would be a bonus but is not essential as we will give you all the training you need.
