As the first contact for our clients, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer care, seeking satisfactory resolutions to client queries and supporting the veterinary team.
Your new role will be part time 20 hour per week with a share in the Saturday mornings rota split between our Billingshurst and Horsham sites(own transport is essential). This is a challenging and varied role that requires an individual with the ability to multi task whilst maintaining attention to detail. You must have an excellent telephone manner, thrive working under pressure and all whilst giving 100% to customer care at all times.
To be successful in this role you will need experience using excel, have a good grasp of numbers to be able to deal with client accounts and finances. Previous customer service experience is essential and ideally you will have this within the Veterinary industry. Experience with administration of any kind of insurance claims desirable but not essential.
