We are looking to recruit an experienced payroll professional to assist with the running of our payroll for c. 650 employees.
Payroll Administrator Requirements:
You will have experience in accurate and timely monthly PAYE payroll preparation, processing and reconciliation, along with relevant statutory knowledge, such as statutory payments, NI calculations and legislative requirements. You will be familiar with pension schemes and auto-enrolment requirements.
You will need to be proficient working with MS Excel and you will have user experience of payroll software. Ideally, you will have a relevant payroll qualification, but this is not essential.
You will need to be self-motivated and a good communicator. You will pride yourself on your attention to detail, professionalism and confidentiality.

Location: Hall Road, Norwich, NR4 6AJ
Job type: Part Time, Permanent, 24 hours per week
The working hours for this role are approximately 24 hours per week; ideally split over 4 days, however consideration would be given to splitting it over 3 days or 5 days. We are happy to discuss and come to a mutually agreeable arrangement. An essential requirement is the need to be flexible on the hours worked, particularly at payroll input time or indeed if covering holiday, etc.
