I am currently seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to run the wood fired ovens at one of the most exciting and award-winning hotel and restaurant groups in the UK.
You will be producing flatbreads using fresh ingredients from the hotels kitchen gardens plus completing other tasks such as producing dough, prepping garnishes and maintaining the cleanliness of the section.
All of the wood fired ovens are guest facing, so you must be presentable and confident creating an exciting experience for the guests.
As a Pizza Chef de Partie you will:
- Oversee the wood fired oven and pizza sections.
- You will be responsible for the junior staff on the section.
- Have good people skills.
- Understand health & safety and food hygiene.

Experience in a similar role is essential as is your own transport due to the hotel being in a rural location.
The annual salary is £22,000 with the addition of points based service charge.
