PR and Communications Assistant (part-time)

More about your role

Your role is to provide first class administrative and communications support to the PR and Internal Communications team. As well as undertaking administrative tasks, the role will support the smooth running of the PR and Internal Communications function, and will see the post holder getting involved with a range of activities from research and writing reports, to taking minutes at meetings and supporting awards and events programme.

This is a part time role working 25 hours Monday to Friday – there is some flexibility around working hours which can be discussed at interview.

More about you

You will be proficient with all Microsoft office packages. Experience handling large volumes of emails and completing administration tasks quickly is essential. Organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your workload, especially with changing demands is crucial. You must be an excellent communicator at all levels. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to present reports professionally.
