About the Role:

We're looking to recruit a Product Governance Manager, responsible for the governance practices and reporting of quality associated with TransUnion's products.

The successful applicant will:

- Maintain and develop the Product Governance and Management framework, associated Policies and Quality Standards
- Influence stakeholders to implement and maintain robust processes and procedures, to align with the Framework
- Coordinate the measurement and reporting of product quality to senior stakeholders and committees
- Assist with development and adoption of industry-leading product quality practices
- Collate committee packs and documentation of senior committee meetings
- Work closely with the Head of Product Development, Product Owners and Product Management to promote product quality standards and influence their decisions
- Assist the Data Director and the Chief Product Officer with their operrational and regulatory duties as may be required.

Requirements for the Role:

- In-depth experience within product management, product governance or product development
- Significant experience of quality management of products in a SaaS business
- Knowledge of finance and fraud markets
- [Desirable] Experience of maintaining regulatory compliance of products, for example; the Consumer Credit Act, or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- [Desirable] Understanding of, or exposure to, Credit Reference Agency products
